Worcesters, a 3 form entry primary school for 2-11 year olds is a ‘respectful and friendly school with community at its heart’
We are seeking to appoint a suitably qualified, enthusiastic, committed individual who has the motivation and passion to lead our school. The school would welcome applications from external candidates to bring fresh ideas and skills to the Trust.

The successful candidate will have:
- proven leadership and management skills with the ability to personify the school’s vision
- a passion to improve teaching and learning so all pupils are able to excel
- the ability to adapt to an ever changing educational world
- the skills to be an excellent communicator with parents, pupils, staff and the wider community
- the ability to be a leader of learning who will promote a positive attitude in staff and pupils
- the ability to embrace the Trust’s vision and work alongside other Headteachers in the Trust to improve outcomes for all pupils across each of the schools
